hello, i tring to find 15 Slave Manacles for quest... looking for them last five days, but nothing. only find 10 in city fo abandoned ships chest...

These items can be purchased from the gunsmith. They are very rare. Or find it in floating barrels on the global map. Only 10 pieces are guaranteed to be found on the Island of Justice.
