Stuck in Le Francois / Cesar Craig quest to transport 10 cases of wine

I got this quest and cannot find the person to talk too. I believe the inn (Le Francois) is next to the city gates. First only found a wife there, but now the doors are locked and knocking on the door dont get me in. Talked to a lot of people in town but couldnt find any information or pointers. I could leave town since I ended all the requirments for the ship.

So please some pointers on how to get this transport

Inn is in very center of Le Francois.
I believe it even has a sign.

I cant Find Cesar Craig. My ship is ready, in porto of Martnica. I going to Le Francois (on foot to the jungle) talk to cesar Crain (in the tavern, bartender?) but nothing hapens... I cant sail to Le francoais with my ship, only on foot (to the jungle)

If you board your ship you can select sail to, and there you should be able to select Le Francois. You dock there and leave the ship. If you then talk to him it should trigger an event. At least that happened with me.

Its a bug? When i on board im my ship the function 'Sail to' dont exist. Whats wrong?

I just wrote a short thing regarding the things I found out. Maybe that will help. It is possible that you havent done all the things that are needed to go to the last part of the phase of this island.

You need to meet these to even go forward. So I suggest to check these first. (crew, navigator, equip the ship = is a must to sail off)

On the other hand I had a corruption occuring that caused me not to be able to dock anymore. I had to go back to an earlier save to redo some things. Now I am back on track.
