How do you reduce bounty?

I got 100k bounty on my head for holland and spain, after I decided to go for secret organization and abandomed Dutch Gambit second quest (stole those punny 75k). I talked to Fadey, but he doesn't say anything about how to bribe my bounty out. Also I didn't see any diplomats, as in original AoP.

it's gonna take me some time to go back to main quest.
before i got out of first island I had "couple" of rage quits (I swear, with every new part of this game, tutorial is getting more and more annoying)

Fadey i mrtnq as were told and lawyer from Port Royale, Jamaica(i'am not sure in one thing.. he might be not avaliable at the beginning of game)
And last thing (im not sure again :D) is stealth mission from jungles in the city of enemy nation, when you get to the town(at night, sleep in taver till morning) you should go to governor and try to talk and pay (you should avoid guards, and dont forget to save a game a looot of times)
And dont try to use quick saves, use ESC->save game in new slot, because u will timetravel back a lot in this game
