I found this herb, got informations where i will get more informations about it.

However, i need to bring some with me. Where can i found it ?

Initially i found it in a common secret place in the previous game on the pirate island.

Will it respawn at the same place ?
Where can i found more of it ?

It doesn't respawn. It's spread across the Caribbean. There are about 27 (?) plants.
An extremely useful plant.

I tried to look everywhere, and impossible to find more of it.

I tried to use google translate on the guide/walktrough in russian, but not anymore information.

Someone has the list of where are located all the manga rosa ? (I hope there is none on the disappearing island from the main quest, i am not sure if we can go back there).

However, i see that they are only useful to make temporary potions. So it is not very useful (i was hoping it would be possible to increase the P.I.R.A.T.E.S thanks to them.)

Why ? You can do better thing with manga rosa in this dlc ?
I don't know what start the quests of the dlc.

You can increase P.I.R.A.T.E.S at the end of dlc.
Finish Dutch Gambit and sell jade skull to that Merryman guy (if you met either). After like 6 months you may find strange amulet to start Caleuche.

I gave it back to his rightful owner, the jew guy.
Does it locks me from the DLC ? From what i understood, the guy offering half a million pesos got it nevertheless from the west indian company director.
( half of a million is nothing at this point, i prefer to have good connection and good reputation)

It shouldn't lock you out. The point is - don't keep, throw out or sell to common traders that skull.

If you mean Cape Catoche, walk out of Catoche into the jungle and stay to the left. Next to a short palm tree.

"Isla de Coche" is the name of the island that you are going to find in "The Dutch Gambit" questline. So do you know by which tree in the middle of the island do you find the manga rosa?!

I loaded a save from first getting to the island. I only found one Manga Rosa on the island next to the cave.
Posted above says 3 places but not so for me. With my 55" screen I surely would have found them.
I am thinking that there is only one on Isla de coche and the above post mentions 3 random places the 1 has the possibility to generate at.

Кусты Мангаросы - не (NO) рандом!
Они жестко прописаны и никакой случайной генерации тут нет.
На Isla de Coche их, действительно - 3. Вы их, просто - не нашли. И большой монитор тут только помеха
Рекомендую поставить мод для облегчения поисков "трав" http://corsairs-harbour.ru/downloads.php?page_id=422
Есть еще обстоятельство, способное помешать сбору:
Если ГГ зашел в локацию с мангаросой, но не сорвал (не заметил), то когда он зайдет в следующую локацию с мангаросой, куст в предыдущей (где не соровал) - исчезнет.
Т.е. бегать туда-сюда - нельзя. Только зашел - нашел.

Если пропустить и уйти в локацию где нет мангаросы - пропущенная останется на месте. Но если уже пропадет - новая не повится.
Мангароса не обновляется! На каждом конкретном месте вырастает только один раз
