In the game, the battleship of the 1st rank, 1st class is only British. The Spanish are already 2nd rank, and the Dutch are 3rd rank. If there is a ship with that name in the game, perhaps it can meet in the quest "Spanish Golden Fleet" with a high chance. Or not guaranteed (randomly) in the encounters "Punitive expedition", "Crown squadron", "and Crown (state) merchant" and during the "colony siege" of the enemy squadron.
Personally, I have never seen such a unique ship!
You can rename your battleship if necessary and "drain" the number of guns, but I see no reason to purposefully look for it in the game. Since battleships are not very practical, unless in a collection in a museum

Battleship "Reus de San Pedro" – quest.
The fact that the ship is a quest ship does not mean that you can somehow keep it for yourself! For example, like "Eklaton" in the DLC "Hero of the Nation". Still, there will be no more powerful than the British ship "Victory" in the game!
For example, about the mysterious Spanish island of Providencia with existing coordinates on the map. And about the invisible city of San Andres, which squadrons of enemy ships regularly try to take. Perhaps the battleship "Reus de San Pedro" will appear only there. We will only find out about this in the Legendary Edition of Sea Dogs. To Each His Own.
I love how you bring up the San Andres thing and this literally happens to me today. I know I've seen it before, but this is the first time I've actually captured proof of this text showing up.

Experienced corsairs say: there is even a pier in the clear sea without a city where the battle takes place. Many players
You were very correct, I reloaded the save and searched my sea charts for one excellent map of Providence Island. Sailed to coordinates 14.22 78.45, SW of Jamaica. Found the French battle fleet in open ocean, with no enemies in sight. I can't believe I've played this for years and didn't know about this.
