Jan Sven.

Anyone know how to get this quest going?
I went to Bluefeld.. a lady in the house said he was not avaialble.. then i kept going back and his house is always locked...
no guide whatsoever on quests..

Ill upload one later tonight when i get back.. for now the only one i have available is in willemsted or something.. which in fact has a bug itself.. a governor quest for jungle bandits.. they dont exist anywhere.. i tried waiting for one hour for 48 hours in total.. nothing..

Ask tavernkeeper about Jan Svensson. Anyway, playing this game without walkthrough is suffering. You already missed many opportunities and will miss even more.

Yes i keep hearing a lot of strange stuff i never encountered.. i can only play this game similar to how i did with AOP2 original version & GOF mods.

Tavernkeeper btw doesn't say anything.. and the only walkthrough is in Russian.. hope an English version arises sometime soon.

Ok, go to english fort, to highest floor, find old lady, speak with her, pirate's saga will start. Not sure why you cant ask barmen about Svensson.

Well it's a bit weird now.. i finished from Jamaica.. on logbook it says "but first i should speak to Jackman before heading to Antigua... jackman kicks me out automatically and doesn't speak to me.. so i said all the way to Antigua and i don't find anything there...

Hmm.. 26 april bluefeld.. 4 may in jamaica and now it's 14 may in antigua
.. but right now in antigua nothing happened in logbook.. if i repair my ship and 4 days pass.. then i fail quest.. so for the timebeing quest is fine and not failed.. i have 3-4 days max...unless i already failed and logbook still didn't scrap the quest

You have 15 days after you speak with old woman to get to Antigua. Maybe it does not fail right after 15 days because you can intercept Arbutus somewhere else, but that i dont know.

So i guess i will have to keep doing the jamaica part and manually sail there till i reach before 10 may.. 14 may i presume is a bit far off.

It's 9th may and im in antigua.. still no dialog with anyone regarding the english guy in the corvette... supposedly he is "patrolling" around antigua... but no ships spotted anywhere in the surrounding
