Mission - The Shipwrecked

Has anyone completed this mission yet? You find a captain on a deserted island and he wants his ship back? I've had that guy as a passenger in my ship for months now. Finding one ship in the open ocean is next to impossible.

You may find the ship anchored in some port(not in the over-world map). Also its sail should be colored differently when on over-world map. Just keep an eye on it. Otherwise, there's no time limit or penalty on this kind of mission so you don't need to be too worried.
I got this one eyed big-teeth ultra ugly @#$%&, who is stucked on my board for over a year now, every time I open the F2 menu he's been the first guy I must see... But that's all the penalty I got so far. I was encountered 'his' ship in some Spanish port, but I just forgot about the quest. Only several days later I realised that's the ship which on my quest list. I don't know if the ship will spawn again, hope so...

I was afraid it was one of those missions. I thought it might be something involving a conversation with a bartender or a "talk to myself" at a certain location. I enjoy the difficulty of these games at times and hate it at others. Thanks for the fast reply.
