Can i see a list of mods below ENB?
How it looks on land? (if this exists on video - sorry, i listed to fast)
Why don't you turn interface on, is it too overblured or something like this?
What about access to try this out?
And i noticed some "jumps" of blur, you could try to use some delay for blur actions on each camera move.. but i guess you won't fix it.
I can take some shots without mods but it doesn't really make a lot of sense.
When interface is disabled, the game looks more cinematic so that's the reason propably. And it is blurry yea, asweel as a lot of objects are getting blurry which should not but it is pretty configurable so it's a question of time to make it work together, theres nothing hard or complicated.
To apply these effects first thing you neeed is TEHO game version 1.5.0 which has support of directx 9 and then all you need is to download and install the last version of ReShade from the official site. And yes, it is not ENB actually but ReShade but i decided to call it as "ENB Graphics" because for the most of people it sounds familiar and most of people has never heard about ReShade. And in case of Sea Dogs the difference between ENB and ReShade is not far and they use the same way to apply ingame effects.
Ok then, wish there will be more footage with interface and actions on land.
p.s. i am already using reshade for some games, but im really lazy to install old teho versions. it is so meeeh. As a chances of happening of dx9 in this game again - meh.
Hope someday i'll have an inspiration to configure this for using on-land and to make DOF work together with interface )
*hoping about the same*
