However, you should try out installing DirectX and Microsoft Visual C++ first to see if the problem is corrupt Windows files.

I felt like it would be tied to the visual c++ stuff, though I've tried repairing all of them, reinstalling, downloading all of them and installing fresh and nothing. DirectX also didn't do much, said it detected a newer version and didn't do anything. Wonder how much Windows 10 has a part to play. Though I tried compatibility mode. Tried the mod as well, still nothing. Launched from the Engine directly, still same result.
It's driving me nuts. Might have to wait for the supposed update with DX9 if it ever happens.
