Part B treasure map

I get a treasure map from a tavern early game, i went to the location and the chest gave me a treasure map part. idk where to find the other part of the map, there's no more guys selling maps in the taverns to complete it (like in CoAS i think) any suggestions?

Thanks for the answer, it seems that the game was bugged cuz in 10 hs of gameplay i couldn't find any map part and tavern sellers but i figured out. browsing in russian forums for some days i read that the quest "captive captain" can give you a chance to buy a treasure map, so i took the pirate on board and he gave me the info of a map seller in a spanish colony, where i went and got the treasure map. the treasure chest gave me the other half of the map. after go for the lvl 2 treasure, map sellers start spawning again. i think it was a weird bug, but i'm not sure at all
