Alternatives to Qarls texture mod ?

The download links for Qarls texture mod on Nexus is broken and the author Qarl is not around anymore to fix the links. (R.I.P. Qarl)
Are there any alternative texture mods that are somewhat as good as Qarls texture pack was ?

I think I have the file planet one from several years back. It is nice to have a single download not divided into parts.

That being said, I am not sure file planet is still being supported so it could be risky as you might get a virus, but I am not sure. Use it at your own risk.

No, file planet is a bad bet, got an indication that there were a virus when i downloaded it
