Slow running character

My character is stuck in very slow motion, is there a solution?

Q acts like a slow motion forward, push Q again and it acts like a slow motion reverse. Over 700 hours in the game. I know how to walk, I know how to run.

It's probably the controller bug as mentioned above, I've seen it happen in streams lately... somehow the controller interferes with kb&m input handling, and it starts suddenly out of nowhere.

Other than that... Speed/Athletics damaged? Do you have any mods that could be editing game settings (GMST records not ini settings)? Mods that alter encumbrance penalties? or Heavy armor penalties?

Check here[en.uesp.net] for eveything that affect movement speed and see if there's anything strange on your character that could explain it

....Youre not overencumbered right? You dont have too much weight on your character? lol

I had this happen to me before, I had a joy stick connected to the PC and that was causing it.

find your controller and turn it upside right or remove anything touching it and it will go away. you don't have to change setting. it is like a big brother holding a controller and pushing just a little so it will use the joystick. the joystick is first in the program so i has priority over the keyboard or it just interferes.
