Isn't the fighter's stronghold DLC BattlehornCastle and the Wizards tower DLC Frostcrag Spire?

Fighter's Stronghold is an official download for Oblivion introducing a stronghold known as Battlehorn Castle, located west of Chorrol in the Colovian Highlands.
The castle is added by the Fighter's Stronghold official plug-in.

The Wizard's Tower is an official download for Oblivion providing your character with a new house, a magical tower known as Frostcrag Spire.
The tower is added by the Wizard's Tower official download.

There's 2 versions of the game in steam. Game of The Year and Game of The year deluxe. Deluxe has those DLC's you're talking about

This is correct.

You should verify the other DLC is not present, as well (Theives Den, Orrery, etc.) If this is the case, you should refund the version you have and get the deluxe.

yes, both of those are there. Interestingly enough, neither is called "fighter's stronghold"

lol.

Thanks for the help :)
