You started an interesting discussion in my opinion. I think this thread is quite good so far and you have nothing to feel guilty about.

I can definitely understand your comment. But as always different people have different views about stuff, the same applies here.

As for nude mods, I also use them, because I think they can add to realism. And no: my avatars don't run around nekkid all the time because that gets boring really quick.

The only reason I respond here is because I also mentioned realism.

First: I'm not justifying anything, I think that comment alone is dumb in itself because why should anyone have to "justify" their choices here? Especially considering the fact that it's a singleplayer game in the first place.

But second... I think you're overlooking or ignoring some very important aspects: nude mods usually re-texture existing models and take it from me that the quality between those and that of the default models is game changing. The default models, especially those for females, are in my opinion horrible looking.

Then there's also another aspect to consider: just because someone is using a nude mod doesn't automatically imply their models are also actually nude. I'm not talking about wearing armor and such: most nude (or better: re-texture) mods provide options: making your models wear the default underwear, re-textured underwear or no underwear at all.

Sure, most players will go with nekkid but hey....

Nah, I think what you're suggesting doesn't apply to these mods. For that you'd have to look at physics mods which introduce bounciness ;)
