Make sure the Steam overlay is activated.
If it still doesn't work you can try installing the obse_steam_loader.dll from the OBSE 0017b download.
Yea, i followed those directions exactly myself. Still didnt work.
Same here it didn't work
Did you try deleting the Oblivion.ini file? Did you try installing the game in a different directory?
I'll try it and I have steam installed in my own game folder outside of programs & programs 86
In addition,
Anyway, if a mod has a file installed in OBSE\Plugins, you have to install that file MANUALLY in the main Data folder. Mine doesn't seem work when it's not installed on the main Data folder which is why I suggested this.
The same files on the MO virtual Data Folder can overwrite the changes on the ones in the main Data folder. You could do this by manually installing it on the Data folder and also installing the same file on Mod Organizer (meaning, one for Oblivion's main Data folder, and another one for Mod Organizer's virtual Data folder).
I'm guessing there's an easier way to make it work, but this runs the game really well for me so far.
Tried that but nothing and running through MO says OBSE is not working properly.
I got that but for some reason OBSE tester doesnt pop up and I try tying in GetOBSEVersion and its says no parameter or something. Idk anymore, I'll keep trying
- If the first part worked, leave it that way (don't uninstall the mod) and then run the game through MO and see if it works.
- - If the second part worked, that could mean there are files that needs to be installed manually in order for the mod to work.
- - If not, then something's wrong with MO's configuration or something on your PC needs to be adjusted.
- If not, that could either mean OBSE isn't installed correctly or something on your PC needs to be adjusted.
