MASTER SPLINTER.
Ninjitsu master, teacher of radioactive turtles, attains wisdom and enlightenment from constantly being whacked out on Skooma. Doesn't wear gear other than a plain robe, doesn't use weapons.
Male Argonian made to look like a mouse, Custom class, Combat Specialisation, Strength and Speed, Steed Sign.
Starting Stats: Str 50 Int 40 Will 30 Ag 50 Sp 75 End 30 Per 30 Luck 50.
Major Skills: Hand to Hand, Athletics, Acrobatics, Restoration, Mercantile, Sneak, ??? .
Minor Skills of use: Alchemy, Illusion, Mysticism, Alteration.
Runs really fast, sneaks, punches things. Occasionally pulls support magic out of the hat to resolve situations. Bows to opponents after defeating them [crouch?].
Consistently visits Shady Sam in the Imperial City and several vendors in Bravil for his skooma 'enlightenment' fix. Uses ancient knowledge from the temple to compensate for side-effects [damaged intelligence restored from spell].
There's a 'Hoe' from the Merhunes Razor Plugin, and clubs could be a silly staple weapon. Maybe something with them if you're not into hand to hand lol.
A few things to keep in mind with a build like that:
Shield spells from alteration stack if they have different names. So even with moderate alteration skill it's possible to boost armour rating quite high for a short period of time.
Illusion rocks. Even if it's a minor, raise it high early on. A 'Paralysing Palm' maneouvre is rather effective.
Hand to hand damage is effected by fortify fatigue spells to a small extent ( I think up to 200?). It says somewhere on the wiki anyway.
Damage and drain fatigue in combination with hand to hand can work just as well, if not better than, Paralysis.
Alchemy is fun for making super potions, and can be easily increased by mashing food into restore fatigue potions.
In the event that you ever get Restoration to 100: you can become very silly. Outlined here:

Best of luck :)

So there you go. It's possible to do tons of melee damage using broken Restoration effects too. Restoration ftw. :)
Mr. Ma'Gro is an orange-skinned Orc specialized in heavy armor, blunt, and punching things to death. He likes to make leather armor for the little children he keeps thinking he sees, seriously, where's the kids in Tamriel?
