To make you happy today, I can say yes we have plans of a Giana Sisters 2 at some point.
When is still unknown and keept a secret.

well at the moment, we are working on finishing Dieselstormers and Linux port to Giana Sisters 1 after that odds are you will get a tiny sneak peak about GS2.
