No Steam client or cd morrowind?
I have morrowind(if you've got the time it's like maybe my 6th played game in my steam library mock my lack attention later point is proof I own the game) and want to play it at school while the rest of the class reads chapter 8 of the giver because i'm 2.5 pages from the end, but at school we can't download steam, I've been given permission to bring in any game rated: E, E 10+, or T, hell depending on the rating notes we can bring in m rated games not the point though.
is there a way to circumvent the steam client, i remember doing it a few years ago with Oblivion using a no-cd crack(favorite game of all time, over 500 hours, 350 of which I was redoing the darkbrotherhood and mages guild for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles, sadly my new computer is bipolar and runs skyrim on ultra better than it runs oblivion on low) but, I cant find a working no-cd crack for morrowind anyone know any working no-cd cracks or alternatives

tl:dr Check my library I have the game, but need a no-cd crack for school reasons:steamsalty:

Im not even sure if Morrowind has steam DRM integrated. If I was you, I would copy the morrowind file onto a USB and try running it without a crack.

The game doesn't run if Steam is not running as far as I know. There is a working nocd crack for Morrowind available on a popular website which I'm not going to divulge publicly. Asking for cracks on the forum is illegal by the way.

Best bet is to get a copy from GoG, since they are patched to have no CD reguirements or DRM.

You probably need a faster USB port, stick and I am not sure if Morrowind needs a registry entry. So even then it might not work.

What you could also try is getting the CD version, making ISO files of the discs, put them onto a USB stick,, copy the game files onto the USB device. Mount the ISO File and then run the game exe from the USB. Tricks the older CD DRM in some games.

I believe newer versions of Windows can use ISO files without any special software.

actually no-cd cracks and the request of the knowledge of one are perfectly legal so long as you've bought the game it's a lot like using an emulator for mario 64 because you want to keep your mint condition copy as such.

Too complicated of a process, also Involves buying a physical copy, I don't know where I would get one even if they were available at gamestop or something it would be hard to find because STEAM has almost monopolized computer gaming access to where anyone selling the cd is just blowing steam(not STEAM) out their ass

P.S. if anything was misspelt or improper grammar was used, just notify me I was tired while I wrote this
