To be fair, Outlander kinda does mean "You ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiot" to the Dunmer
Essentially, it means dirty foreigner, and is used as an insult. Technically I guess that's the same thing as Outlander, except Outlander doesn't imply an insult.

UESP has a full list of terms and their meanings over here: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Ehlnofex_Languages

Looked it up on UESP. It means Foreigner or Slave.

I find it pretty odd that it would mean BOTH of those things, as they're kind of seperate concepts.

Well, actually, they both kind of mean the same thing to the Dunmer. #BURN
*goes off to translate the names of all the places in Morrowind*
This is awesome.
Just think of it as "♥♥♥♥♥♥".
I think that the terms "S'wit" and "Fetcher" are more along the lines of standard insults to the Dunmer. "N'wah" is reserved for Foreigners or Slaves.
