Uplay?

I`m trying to play the game on a ASUS CX34. The Chromebook should be able to run it but I keep getting this Uplay issue and I can figure out how to get it. Could someone tell me what to do?

I'm afraid you won't be able to run this game because your Chromebook does not meet the minimum requirements for this game. Generally speaking, our games do not fully support Laptops therefore there might be issues when running a game on the laptop, however as I said before, this Chromebook in particular does not meet the requirements for this game.
