if you do not want to uninstall you must try to share this file in the white list.
These are also typical problems with antivirus programs.
How can I add my antivirus files in to battleeye white list?
Hey Kalem,
Whitelisting BEService.exe (located in the BE Service directory, usually “C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye”) in your Cortex antivirus should prevent this error from appearing.
Please give this a go and let us know if it works!

I paid for it, so why should I delete it?
Nah, I bought a CAR and it just forbids taking hot girls. So I can change a car, or be concent with not hot girls. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
To be clear, the Cortex Agent is not blocking any processes or file access, so It does no good to white list Battleye (BE). This is a BE issue where the game won't start because Cortex won't let BE load cyinjct.dll. I'm not going to "jailbreak" my security to give BE unfettered access to the file.
I have a pretty extensive game library and don't have this issue. There's other games. Will hit steam up for a refund.
