왜 매번 재시작 때마다 메뉴 한글화가 풀려서 영어로 됩니까?

매번 스팀으로 켤때마다 한국어로 설정한 메뉴가 영어로 자꾸 바뀌어 있고, 또 바꿀면 로그아웃 해야하고, 다시 들어갔다가 게임하고 재부팅하면 또 영어로 되어있어요.

이게 버그인가요? 유비 플레이 문제인건가요?

유비 플레이 한글로 설정하고 플레이해도 마찬가지입니다.
