Game randomly freezes, then crashes to windows desktop (nvidia card)

I start the game via steam (which lets the player choose between vulkan/Dx11). Game randomly freezes for a few secondos while playing and then crash to windows desktop. Please help me fix this game as it is unplayable in this condition.

hardware info:
AMD Ryzen 5-3600 / 32GB RAM / Nvidia RTX 3070

Troubleshooting and testing appied to apps/game:
(this started on day 1 and still not solved)

-disabled/enabled Nvidia in-game overlay.
-disabled/enabled ubiplay in-game overlay.
-disabled/enbaled Steam in-game overlay.
-Updated to latest dirver video.
-managed startup applications to minium.
-uninstalled Symantec Antivirus.
-launched the game on Vulkan mode.
-launched the game on DX11 mode.
-Set GRB.exe to "High priority" on running window process.
(avoiding this priority manual change, makes the game go rnadomly low on frames Per second)
-verified integrity of files on stem

is there a way to make this post be read by an ubissoft tech support?

I have been playing on AMD based rig and Nvidia graphics cards since many years ago, and never had any incompatibility issues. I have also played most of Ubisoft titles, every watchdogs series, all assassin´s creed, The division 1 and 2. even ghost recon wildlands, and never had an issue... it seems to be something in this game, given the statistics and my past experience.

In that case tell ubisoft to notify Nvidia customers, to avoid buying the game. I get your point, but I have been playing hundreds of games on AMD rig/nvidia cards, for a very long time, and no issues at all (bugged games is a different matter), so again, based on my experiences, i cannot blame my rig.
