Mouse sensitivity is bugged?
I literally have my Look sensitivity down to Zero, and the distance my mouse travels to do spin my character around in a 360 is still the exact same.

What setting am I missing?

Same here. I'll play around with a few things and will post if I find a solution...

This game....not even 30 minutes into it and.... *sigh*

Don't get me wrong, I'm thoroughly enjoying the game, It isn't a deal breaker, but I just wish the setting actually worked as intended.

Yeah, I know what you mean. High sensitivity makes a mess for precise shots (at least for me).

I haven't tinkered with the 'advanced mouse settings' yet; I've only used the simple settings. Will try the advanced settings and see if anything changes. If it does, I'll try to reply on here.

Regardless, I'm just glad I got the game to stop crashing every 5 secs - 2 minutes. lol

Hey guys,

Sorry to hear you are encountering this trouble with your mouse sensitivity.

Can I just check that you are running the game with administrative rights to ensure the setting change has permissions to save?

Many thanks,

Tried it again and made sure to run with Admin. The mouse sensitivity does change, but even at 0 the sensitivity is still high.
For reference, I don't enjoy super-low sensitivity, I'm more mid-range in all my games, so it's not a problem with my personal preference. All other games can be adjusted to my preferred sensitivity just fine; just not Breakpoint.

Granted, I'm sure I can lower my (global) mouse settings to help, but then all apps/games/system sensitivities are lowered (too much). Not a super big deal as I'm adjusting to the high sensitivity. Thanks for replying Dev.

Yeah this doesn't change anything, Mouse sensitivity, Camera sensitivity is set to 0 and it's remains unchanged in-game, completely broken setting.

Thanks for the updates guys.

May we please know what model mice you're using?

And do they have any accompanying software (such as G-Hub for Logitech devices)?

Razer Basilisk v2 with Razer Synapse software/driver (w/ latest update).
Only device using Synapse is the mouse.

I am using the Razer Basilisk Ultimate with the terrible accompanying Synapse software, Only device connected is the mouse.

Thanks for the update guys, it's certainly interesting that you're both using Basilisk models with Synapse.

In the settings, there's an option for overriding the built-in mouse with your own hardware settings.

Could you please check that this isn't ticked?

If it is, it means that the game is using the settings used on your computer. Once unticked, you should be able to adjust them in-game.

Let us know how you get on!

Not sure if you meant in-game settings or Synapse settings, but I checked both and I could not find this setting in either of them.
I'm probably overlooking it but cannot find it. Sorry, long day at work. Maybe Digital has more luck (if you find the setting, please let me know where it's specifically at, if you dont mind)

It's an in-game setting called "Hardware Cursor" I have mine enabled, as disabling it makes the mouse movement laggy and jagged regardless of sensitivity.

Ok, saw that option last night and tried it, but whether it was enabled or disabled, didn't change the sensitivity for me.

Edit: thanks

Hey there,

Thank you for taking the time out to share this update.

Can I check, does your mouse include a physical button on it to change its sensitivity and does this make a difference?

Many thanks,

- Ubisoft Support

Yeah the mouse has an independent button to switch DPI, but that only changes to specific values through the Synapse software and is built into the mouse hardware.
