Ubisoft Activation for Ultimate Edition question
Hi there, so I bought the game long time ago when it initially released on Ubisoft connect, then Uplay, but now once I saw the game on sale I bought the ultimate edition and immediately installed it, linking it to the same account I had previously had the game on ubisoft. So question is, do I really have the dlc right now if I installed it on steam and ticked it off under dlcs, is there any way to check whether I do, since I am afraid that the two games on ubisoft might mix up or something. It also says under dlcs that I have Ultimate Edition Ubisoft Activation or something, do I need to do something on ubisoft connect, like enter that key to get the ultimate edition, if so how do I access that? Thank you in advance.

For activating a product code:
1. On Steam, right-click on the game in your library, then go to Manage > CD Keys.
2. On Ubisoft Connect, click on your profile picture and select "Key Activation."
3. Copy the code provided by Steam, paste it in the window on Ubi Connect, then click "Activate."

My understanding right now is that, once activated, it will not matter which platform you launch the game from, you should have access to all content provided by the Ultimate Edition. That said, my understanding is based on other players having done the opposite, buying the Ult version on Ubi Connect then base version on Steam.

Yeah, for me I basically have two games just the base game and this one on Steam which has another breakpoint slot in ubi library. I will try this once I'm home and let you know if it worked. Thank you.

Uplay allows multiple copies of same game. You just need find right one in your library and hide the others.

The one which is right is the one I got installed heh. So there you go, still don't know whether I have the dlcs or not. Any way to check that?

You need Steam key for ubiplaysoft? I would assume it links since your accounts are linked but if it it should be under Steam library manage properties.

Earlyer I was referring to uplay. Check uplay and see if dlc is active.
