Game crash on launch - Vulkan api
If any one is having crash issues on launch with vulkan you can try the following (for Nvidia users only):
1. Open Nvidia control panel.
2. Under "Manage 3D settings" go to Program settings.
3. Select the GRB_vulkan.exe and change the setting "Vulkan/OpenGL present method" to "Prefer layered on DXGI Swapchain".
4. Click Apply and then run the game.

It worked for me.

And say thank you to gefarce for not knowing how to make proper vulkan drivers for this game. I use AMD gpu, even old 2020 drivers. Vulkan -4k. No issues!
Yeah AMD users didn't had any crash issues. I am also going to build full AMD PC :D

I have a Gigabyte GeForce RTX4080 and run Vulkan and have no issues what so ever after playing over 1,100 hours.

Sadly hasn't worked for me. Everytime I try to load Vulkan, I get a black screen freeze after hitting space/A at the loading screen.
