Heart of Darkness Achievement Bugged

Attempted to get all the achievement for this game but sadly Heart of Darkness seem to be bugged for me.

I've went through all the locations required to unlock the achievement, tried fast travelling, visiting all of them in one go with a helicopter, created a new account and then visited all of them in one go again, uninstalled and installed the game again, even logged on a friend's computer to attempt this with no luck. Reached out to Ubisoft Support and got no help, the only thing they said was the game is reaching end of support so they can't do anything about it other than telling me to watch youtube videos and retry everything that I've tried.

If anyone has this achievement, would appreciate if anyone can suggest anything.
