Is there any way to reduce light intensity on the sky during the gameplay? Is very very very annoying for the eyes during the gameplay.i tried to disable different option in settings like: motion bloor, bloom, sun shadow, fog background bloor......NOTHING happened.During the day when sun shine on the sky is UNPLAYLABLE.
The light in the sky blinding me :(
Monitor i played this game is Lg Ultragear IPS 2560x1440p (31.5 inch)

I share a picture to see what i talking about.Is horrbile :(

have you tried changing HDR settings, maybe even turning HDR off?
I had issues with hdr in this game on my setup, the winter areas became unplayable with hdr on.

there might also be something you can do in settings about gamma/brightness

Something I wonder about this game. I wonder why the buildings are so gloomy inside where the lights are about as bright as a candle. I can't believe I need night vision in the daytime when I enter those buildings. There were times when I couldn't find a flight of stairs and it was because without night vision, I couldn't see the stairs in the dark corner. I find the night time is too dark at times. Also, I wonder why the vehicles have no bloody headlights that work.

These are my settings with HDR shut off, the game looks better this way. Using an RTX4080. https://youtu.be/ry-Ahw5l4GQ

Maybe try your Nvidea control panel, the color and gamma might be too high. The desktop color settings I use, brightness 40%, next is 30%, gamma 0.84%, digital 17% and hue 355 degrees. If you go to my profile screenshots I have some shots of what mine looks like.

Turning off bloom may help some, but I'm thinking your brightness and contrast are too high. Did you try the game's calibration?
