Where's My Vehicle?

FFS I keep on getting ripped off. I bought three weapons and I never got them. I bought a helmet and I never got it. Now, I bought a vehicle. Where is it? If it's because of options I need to select, then who needs to select an option when buying these things. What do I have to do to get my vehicle, act as if I'm calling the GTA mechanic? This is all bloody stupid. Whoever did this, I wonder if his name is Stu Pidd.

Fast travel to a bivac, enter the bivac, go to garage, select your vehicle, get out of bivac, look at the minimap, your vehicle icon will be visible on the mini map

You probably bought weapon blueprints, not weapons. You have to build weapons from the blueprints. It costs 800 credits.
