Craft Weapons From Blueprints

How do I craft weapons from a blueprint? I looked on Google and something simply told me to set-up a camp, go to Crafting and open a blueprint to craft the weapon. There’s nothing there about opening a blueprint. All it allows is crafting throwing weapons and things from the plants. Nothing about blueprints. I went back to that base where the shop is and it shows Buy, Sell and Build Weapons and no, it’s not build weapons, it’s really buying blueprints. That lady mentioned in a cut scene a while ago about me talking the blueprints to somebody else at that place, I forgot the person’s name. She told me to take the blueprints to him so that I can craft my weapons. Where is he? All I see is other game modes. This game wasn’t done well for options and things. It’s bad enough at the beginning when I was getting pestered half to death with stupid tutorials about the obvious and when there’s things I need to know, they are no told.

Go to the shop in Erewhon or a bivouac. Click the build button, second button from left.

All your blueprints are there. If it costs more than 800, then you don't own the blueprint, and would have to buy it, and then pay 800 to build it.

Crafting is only for consumables like grenades, mines, syringes, and edible boost items. The term is "build" for weapons.
