I need help to understand something about MOD . Plz help

Hello , i was wondering is it okay to install mods ? like first person mods or some character mods or make AI enemy more realistic mod ? do i get ban or not ? can i play with friends on story mod or not ? should i create another character so my main character don't lose any items or not ?

Sin, on utube there are hundreds of videos on all your questions, there are 3 slots you can save your game on for different characters. I have used the Cheat engine for the First Person mod, it doesn't give you any thing more than the first person view and I've never used it in coop game play. As far as having a more real affect to the game there are things you can turn of in the settings to make it more realistic.
