Crashing After Connecting to Server

No matter whether i use DX11 or Vulkan, I make it to the startup screen, press space to connect to ubisoft servers, and then after connecting i get one of the standard load screens, but after about 10 seconds of loading the game crashes. No proper error message, just an option to send a crash report.

This issue does not happen on my desktop, only my gaming laptop. Every suggestion i have found online has failed- i verified files, disabled all possible background apps, etc. I can't find any info on people crashing at this exact moment, it all seems to be after loading into the game world or at launch, not while attempting to load the main menu, so I'm at a loss.

Any suggestions?

Laptop is an Acer Nitro 17, if that helps at all.

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. Honestly I think its something recent Ubi did to mess up their game, Wouldn't be surprised considering it's, well, Ubisoft.
