Hi Nekravol
Planteas might not be 100% correct in that. I have an nvidia card and used Vulcan after getting advice because my performance was choppy. Vulcan made a difference, although I had to make a few more tweaks to get things running smoothly. At any rate, I would suggest that yes there is a difference, but you don't need to worry about it if your performance is good so you don't have to try switching.

I tried both and DX11 worked better for my setup (older CPU with a 3060ti card). However, HDR is a bit funky with DX11 from what I've tested but overall performance is better.

they're apis, use what works better for you

Yes try out both. Planteas is also somewhat correct, as people on AMD have usually not had problems with Vulkan, but many on nvidia do, and vise versa. Same with me, on vulkan i get screen flickering and glitches, dx11 fixed all my bugs.

just use dx11 if you're on windows.

Vulkan is the newer API but it's geared more towards getting more performance out of lower power machines
i remember vulkan API will consume more gpu power, less cpu power.so if u have a RTX gpu,u should use vulkan to gain more fps.
