Best way to play?

So was thinking of getting this. I have played 90hrs of Wildlands and enjoyed the gameplay loop.
Ive heard all about the rpg elements of leveling stuff up as well as the drones ruining the game. But i have also hear you can turn it all off. Ive also got 250hrs in Div2 and anjoyed that so not against a leveling system.

So just wanted to know what way you guys think is the best way to play for someone who enjoyed Wildlands and Div2? Is the leveling system as bad as they say? its it best just to turn all that stuff off? Is it as good or better than Wildlands?

I haven't played around with the leveling system in breakpoint that much however it does give you something to do if you happen to come across an area that you don't have enough "power" to take on.

If I were you, I would just experiment with it for a couple of hours and see if it's your cup of tea. Personally I turn it off since I prefer the realism aspect of the game.

the leveling system is basically just wildlands with extra equipment score for clothes and weapons. And they basically make no difference. Ive been level 1 and level 300 and the firefights end the same when going loud. Same if you maintain stealth.

Ive never played with the leveling junk and Ive had a lot more fun because of it. Bullet sponges arent fun. Beware the multiplayer raids require you to switch it on. (Also these are dead and largely non existent so enjoy not getting the chance to FARM for cosmetics at a low drop chance).
