obligatory "which DLC should I get?" thread

OK so I bought Div 2 recently along with the WONY DLC for a few extra bucks. SOOO glad I did grab the expansion because it's critical to playing the game.
So my question. Do the Deluxe, Gold, ultimate etc.. versions add much to the game? Which one should I get? Are they mostly cosmetic? Will I be missing out on a lot of content because I didn't grab one of those?

I like having the extra content. I just don't care about skins which is what a lot of tiered package deals offer. But sometimes they sneak in important game mechanics like in the Division 2. It's definitely worth getting the version that includes WONY as opposed to just the base game.
