Ingame character reset

I have played 44 hour and suddenly when i open game, my character was reset to lvl 1. I contacted to support but still not reply yet from them :(

I finally got thr game back only to find out my progress has been wiped and now im lvl one does anyone know how to fix this? i really dont wanna lose my gear

Have you guys checked, if that is a sync issue? For ubisoft, there is local save data, and cloud save data.

Yes, try turning off the cloud sync. Backup your game saves first. Usually located at:

Program Files x86\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\<user-id>\62412
