They might add them later. They have only just added them to AC Valhalla which has been on steam for a while

It would be very interesting, I would unlock them instantly like in AC Valhalla, as I already have them complete in UC.
Please Ubisoft, do this! (backgroungs would be nice too)

Most Ubisoft games that are available on Steam sadly don't have achievements. It's simply something they don't care about on PC.

What is this?! People are buying this game and they don’t get everything. Are achievements something exclusive on Uplay?

Pretty much. It's most likely a way to influence players to purchase their games directly from the Ubi Connect store. Their platform also has the added bonus of giving you Uplay points to buy special rewards like outfits for your Ubisoft games or a 20% discount on the next game. Bottom line is it takes them extra effort and time to bring achievements to Steam when their platform already has them. They simply don't care.

They did it in the divison 2 now as well, so tom clancy games are not off the table
