new to game, is tac50 and honey badger a good loadout? any recommendations?

Each to their own, but I always revert to my Stoner LMG when things get out of hand.
My DSR G28 is silent, has triple shot, quick firing and a long enough range. I always found the sniper rifle's slowness annoying.
BUT, I also keep the best shotgun, an assault rifle with under barrel, sniper rifle, SMG... etc. in my inventory. Watch for a Recon-A1 Sniper rifle.

pve: any weapon works tho i mostly use a koblin with the tomb raider pistol thats it tho i did use the markmens rifle s28 scout wolves before i got the koblin

tho all in all its up to u some guns r BAD for somethings (like Behemoths) others r great

pvp: real money guns seem to be allways better (more damage) from there normal counterpart dont ask about the NFT guns dont have them

There is no "good loadout", it's totally up to you, personally, most of the time, I'm playing 416, MSR or Scorpio Scout with a P320 (I only use one primary weapon), the 416 work pretty well for Stealth and otherwise, I switch to my P320 because snipers are too loud.

BTW, I prefer playing with snipers, that's why I almost doesn't use any Assault Rifles and I'm using Medic or Pathfinder class.

For me, it's a good loadout but for you, it might be the worst so it's totally up to you, try every weapon you can get and keep the one you prefer, do not only look at statistics, excepted if you are using Gear Level (If you have that ♥♥♥♥ enabled, honestly, shame on you but anyways), if you play in immersive mode like me, statistics aren't that important.

for me its the, M4A1 CQC and the Scorpio Scout DMR, add the USP tactical for style points and you're good to go
