Why is it asking for CD-key when launching it through ubisoft connect ? any tips for this .

Same here. Can't load it today because it can't validate that I own the game... and also asked for a CD key. Was there an update recently?

Also right click the game steam go to "manage" and look for your third party key. Its easy if your brain isnt in a constant competition between two braincells fighting for third place like RMJs.

For what's worth it, I bought my key only yesterday, from Humble Bundle, got it activated by clicking a button in Humble Bundle, and have been playing via Ubisoft Connect without any issues.

i bought from steam and cant find my cd key to play the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.

the issue is between the keyboard and chair....if you put even a second of thought into it you could have skipped the message or like others have said just go into steam and get the CD key. when you purchased the game you also purchased the key......smh what a clown
