game says its running but wont load

tried un installing and re installing and other methods from youtube and reddit to try fix but nothing works for me anyone else had this issue and knows what to do?

the game often starts up minimized for me, double check your icons on your taskbar

I get this if uplay is not running. Sometimes on reboot it doesn't start up.

Be sure Ubisoft Connect is running, and you are logged in.
If you are playing the Steam version, be sure your accounts are cross connected.
I had this happen one time, but it was because either the game or Ubisoft Connect was updating.
