Character is gone

Servers went down last night and now my character is gone?

I just logged in successfully and both of my characters are there. I lost connection last night for a couple of hours and this morning everything seems to be ok.

Probably the first character slot. Common issue. DO NOT USE THE SLOT. Open a ticket with Ubi. Tell them that the character is gone and the last time (actual date) it was working. They recovered my character twice in the last year.

this happen to me yesterday when i lost connection and then the first clip show up like when you play the first time and i select character and when i quit the game and comeback my progress is gone to zero, can ubi support still be able to recover my progress? is there any way to change to slot 2? and how long ubi support responded to you after you contact them? im frustated and worried that ubi i will ignore it

Stop using slot one. They take about a week or two to get to it.
