Anvilkittool question (mods not working)

I have repacked several mod files with the Anvilkit tool but I see no modifications ingame.
Plays great with no crashes but there is a single face texture or small gun detail from a mod.

I am playing a vanilla game that is full of mods that don't show up. How come ?

Part of the problem is the modders themselves. Instead of putting the files in the proper folder structure so you can drag and drop into the "extracted" folder, they just say "put these files here and here and repack". Because of this, more than likely they were not clear about where to put the files or you put the files in the wrong place. If this is your first foray into modding this game, a better starting point would be to install a simple camo first. They are way easier to install then a weapon. This will give you a better understanding of how "Anvil" works and what it's trying to do.
