Noticed something interesting about Night Vision

I've been a bit bothered by how night vision would work even without goggles so I decided to actually wear goggles before activating it.
The only set in the store was the 3E Black Arrow for 2500 that looks like a headset on a backwards ball cap.
The interesting thing about them is that you get a white phosphor display instead of the standard green phosphor when your character is wearing them.
I thought that was pretty cool considering that clothes are supposed to be cosmetic only with gear leveling off.

Do any of the helmet mounted NVG's that you find at bases do that?

Unfortunetely mounted NVGs are just cosmetic in Breakpoint, however like you noticed some head protection/facemasks will give you the white filter instead.

If you use Pathfinder you get the White filter.
