The attachments are mostly not for certain weapon but class of it and You can use it in every other weapon of that class if its possible.
Don't buy weapons couse You will find them quite a lot; buy only attachments.
From what i understand from blueprints, once You obtain one u have from now ability to craft such weapon at first tier of quality.
Game is hell of grind, couse if You have look closer there is a "premium shop" where You can buy "game money" for real one. ;)
-On immersive mode it is exactly like wildlands, you can only switch between blueprints once you are in your loadout zone and any other weapon you pick is temporary.
-Now when playing with gear mode blueprints are less important because any weapon that drops can be kept on your inventory indefinitely or sold for extra cash, blueprints become entirely optional and only relevant in case you want to pay and craft another specific weapon to your current gearlevel.
All attachments and MK Upgrades are saved, once you grab another copy of the same weapon those things will be there even if you were using temporary weapons.
And about the store, yes some things can be quite expensive mainly because they were rewards from past events, and since you can't play those events anymore those items have just been put into the store for high prices. But don't worry about it, most weapons that Maria sells have a variant you can find for free, so just buy what you really want once you have extra cash.
And about your markers, I'm not sure you can remove civilian only markers but in the 'interface menu' you can at least fine tune them to reduce the clutter a bit by making the markers smaller or similar.
I managed to turn off tagging of allies in the settings and i'll consider trying the gear mode to let me keep and sell weapons. Was playing coop with a coworker and he must have had that on since he was talking about having lots of found weapons and selling them for cash.
There is a lot of settings to play with that I've mostly been leaving alone to try the game. I'll have to do a bit of a deep dive into the options.
Wildlands had them, but also had drone jammers and I thought I saw them mentioned in one of the setup options, but the controller map doesn't list them.

Anyways, thanks for that info. That's pretty much the last place I'd have thought to check for them.
