My PC is a monster but I had to turn the settings down to high/very high instead of ultra and it runs fine now
Check the temperatures of your components as maybe your GPU or CPU are not cooled properly.
Also, do you have a proper power supply? Your machine will need a proper power supply. Your computer can crash or become unstable if there are issues with power.
If there's a message, can you post it here?
That's not fixing the issue, though. His specs are more than good enough, because my laptop can get 120fps @ 1600p ultra settings, and I'm also on Intel/Nvidia hardware. if i can run it fine, he can as well. The settings aren't the issue. Has to be some sort of driver/software issue, not hardware.
