Low CPU usage?
Game setting is on ultra other then Volumetric is on ultra and not Ultimate, 5120x1440, DX11 since keeps crashing on vulkan with a solid 100+ fps but, i noticed my CPU usage is 1%-10% the most while GPU is at 99%. Any reason/ solutions on the CPU usage so low?

CPU: 12th Gen i9-12900kf 16cores
GPU: RTX 3080
RAM: ddr5 32 GB

are the cores the reason?

I have the same Issue and no fix yet. Game runs fine until i go to the map or menu and suddenly the cpu drops to 1% and fps are at 12-20.
GTX 3070ti
AMD 7 9700x

What? AMD CPU's are some of the best price to performance you can buy, not to mention the 3D V cache.

Go into your nvidia settings. Look around them one by one. There is a setting where the game doesnt give processing priority to the GPU for some reason and therefore it uses up your CPU only. Find that little setting that make the graphics processing processing give priority to your video card and itll work as its supposed to. Keep in mind that it is ubisoft so youll have to do this over and over and over again everytime it resets.

Well I'm running Nvidea and have no issues, running Vulkan on max settings and 130+fps
