Order of Episodes and Events?

When and in which order should the Episodes and Events be played?
Finish Episode 1 and then start Resistance or rather should have Resistance activ during Episode 1 or during Episode 2?
Amber Sky after/during Episode 3 and Conquest after Episode 3+Amber sky?

I personally activated resistance after I finished Icarus Blues during eps 1, and I don't turn it off until I finished eps 3.
If you want to do amber sky, I do recommend it after finishing eps 3, or after conquest. whichever goes first. The optical camo from the conquest is so useful in amber sky, but conquest has much harder enemies to be faced.

Edit: This is my recommendation:
0) Blueprints accusitions:
Easy to grabs: VHSD2, 1911, Tac50 (do it after you rescue Fox)
If you have skell cred to splurge, consider: ARX200, Maxim 9|Echelon/MK23 (i recommend Maxim 9 echelon, but the non skinned maxim 9 can be obtained free by reaching echelon level 10)
1) Half/Three quarters of Episode 1
Finish the Captain Gibson mission line and Icarus Blues from the resistance side missions first before going Resistance. Recommended to finish resistances before dealing with Walker, at least that's what I would point out.
2) Resistance parameter + finish all 9 missions
3) Finish Episode 1, use the mortar designator you got from the Resistance to assist you when dealing with tough enemies and behemoths.
Bonus: Finish the easter egg of "Lara Croft" for USP Match. It's a built in compensator edition of USP, cannot be suppressed, but has good compensator that comes with the pistol. Just three trips without much fighting if you have teleport points. Can be done VERY early in the game if you have friends for bivoac teleport points.
4) Finish Episode 2
5) Terminator Live event
No longer possible for the terminator as it's been removed from the game, but in case ubi re-add it again, then I would recommend doing this
6) Finish Episode 3
7) Conquest/Amber Sky
Now, you gotta pick either you want to deal with tougher enemies first, or pesky poison first. I do recommend Conquest first, but if you feel like hard dealing with the Russian and fails a few missions, switch to the Amber sky and finish conquest last.
8) Finish everything else.

1) Episode 1
2) Episode 2
3) Episode 3
4) Events and Faction missions can be done in any order
5) Conquest

I have never used the optical camo, I think I have enough points to max it, but I dislike it a lot, is not like in MGS where is pretty fun and useful... Here is like a get out of jail card and I haven't got to the point where I felt I needed it
