as for the Attack drones and some spawned wolves/black soldier, that's where you need to hide from the aerial scout drones called Azrael Drone. there's sometimes visual and audio queue that you need to prone and hide on the ground, to avoid being tracked by those drones.
it is a part of the game, but here's the thing, you can turn that thing off if you don't want to be chased everytime.
and yea it is still immersive because in essence you are always being chased, it's just that people get tired of it constantly spawning from now and then. Ubisoft decided to add the option to disable it all together. You just don't know about it because they don't explain this things on paper, and you were asked to learn it on the go.
as my first point goes, I wouldn't recommend beginner to turn off those huds, if you are really a veteran you would know how to counter it, even if you got spotted by the aerial/azrael drones and the wolves and Attack drones were to spawn.
and on the other part of the game, that is if you play the Motherland Expansion, is that you need to disable the Arrow Testing Zone on Restricted Area 01.
I played the Tutorial and I am in a Cave, now I have tons of Quests.
The most are Level 1, if I go on the Map and in This Quest Menu I don't know where to start.
It's to much and the Operation Greenstone is split into 3 or 4 Quests.
On the other Side there are so many Icons on the Map and I find so much useless things.
GPS Coordinates for everything, weapons etc. Thats way to much for me.
At Wildlands I had a better feeling, this was not that full with (for me) useless informations.
Thats the reason why I tryed the other mode without HUD and any informations.
If you loved wildlands, do this
Use immersive mode (wildlands mode, it disables gearscore and uses wildland's system), activate full interface, then turn off interface that you don't use in advanced setting. If you don't like markers like minimap, you can turn off on the radar, or even, just turn the radar into a compass (you can actually).
If you still having difficulty, try screenshotting of what information you want to hide, and i'll try to check it if i have time.
I hope this helps.
If you have reach the cave, that is Erewhon, then go to your quest menu and search for the ones that prompt you to talk to Mads Schulz, then he'll lead you to the next mission. which led you to a place called "Freeport".
for the easy part try searching for the mission named "No Way Out"
If you don't know where he is, he is on the right side of erewhon, you can get there from the wooden encampment (where you have a big table), go to the right and pass the little river or broken bridge, after you passes that you'll see on your right there's green-tarp camp, he is on the middle of that camp and he uses a cowboy hat with a grey beard, you can't really miss him.
and yea just finish that first, the map is filled with things to explore, and its better to search that after you understand how the game works.
