I saw a video a few hours ago somewhere that said there were a couple of graphics settings to change. Set the Deck to 40Hz, and enable vsync is one I remember.
The video also recommends turning Scaling Sharpening down to 10-20.

havent played it in a while, it could be that there was a menu problem and i needed to edit the config file, but i cant remember exactly, but i wasnt stuck @ 720p on any of this devices.
havent tried it yet with archlinux, does uplay launcher also provide all files for linux?
division 2 is still mission the linux eac files on uplay.
This game's Vulkan doesn't support over 720p full screen. As if the devs are saying Vulkan is for Voodoo 2 era 720p cards.
plz dont post nonsense if u dont have a clue.
U clearly dont understand what Vulkan is and does and how to use Windows Game on Linux.
Vulkan is the successor to OpenGL, not a early 2000 thing. (V1 was released 16. Februar 2016)
Proton is a Wine-Based Software from Valve(Coop with CodeWeavers), its used to implement DirectX 11 & 12 calls and translates them into Vulkan calls.
and as i wrote in the previous post. never had that 720p bug (directx or vulkan), maybe i was forced to edit my config outside of the game to make it stick (like in the division 1, where i needed to make my config write protected to let it stay in boderless fullscreen, but i cant remember that).
2. Proton's translation of DirectX into Vulkan results in an error, native Vulkan calls do not.
3. Windowed mode does not limit the resolution, only full screen mode does.
1. i im not that deep into it to make a statement here, but i didnt see any errors with some diag tools.
2. ProtonGE has many fixes, which is my default, mainly for async.
3. i only use borderless fullscreen, because many games, especially ubisoft titles tend to cause strange behavior with fullscreen and alt+tabbing.
The Vulkan binary will attempt to connect, but servers are down right now so I'm not that deep into it either. 0 minutes of gameplay..
ProtonGE may be more compatible than what Steam drops with the game.
