It's not only about the achievements, it's about respect for the players, if ubisoft doesn't have respect for the players ubisoft won't have my money. :cozybethesda:

Unpopular opinion : achievements/trophies have been bad for gaming. It narrows games down, it disrupts and diverts attention, and it eats resources that could have made the game better.

Those are uplay achievements, nobody wants those. We want achievements that can be displayed on steam profiles. Add completions to a showcase, etc.

Well, most ubisoft games don't have Steam achievements, including the predecessor of this game, it's hard to know if they will add to this one.

Lets just hope thats not a senior dev because daaaamn, if thats how they make games... achievements first than build a game around it, well those are some of the dumbest devs alive

Ok, but why? What possible benefit is there to putting your steam achievements on your profile?

Unfortunatly none of the old games will get Steam Achivements.
Back in the day Assassins Creed Origins and others had Steam Achivements
.If new produced games that comes to steam in the future dont have them then i will continue to not buy Ubisofts games.

Valhalla, Immortals Fenyx, Watch Dogs, Division 2 etc. have NO Steam Achievements... Ubisoft has no interest on Steam Achievements....

Yep he said that.
And its obvious he said it because Ubisoft are in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ over not putting Steam Achivements on games that comes to steam.
Its a pretty sad comment really and kinda ridicules because Uplay still has achivements lol
